Conference Room
Building Conference Rooms are located on Floors 5, 6, 7, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, and 14. The Building Conference Rooms may be reserved by Tenants of the building by emailing hmcmeets@u.washington.edu or calling 206-744-6338. Room reservations end at 10 minutes to the hour or half hour to allow adequate time for clean-up in between meetings. Please treat these rooms with care as they are common areas shared with the other Tenants of the building and their guests.
Building Conference Room Information and Policies include:
- Public restrooms are located on Floors 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, and 11.
- Break rooms are for use by the department for which they are assigned. They are not to be used by conference room attendees or catering providers.
- Furniture has been provided for use by attendees in the designated location. Please do not remove any furniture from the room.
- The audio/video equipment provided does not include sound equipment.
- Appropriate cables are required to connect to the audio/video system. For questions regarding connections and use of the equipment provided in the room, please contact Property Management at 206-744-6526 or njbmgmt@wrightrunstad.com.
- Computer specific questions regarding compatibility or use with the audio/video equipment should be directed to your IT department.
