The building provides Security services 24 hours a day, seven days a week. The Security desk is located in the main lobby, is staffed by Security officers 24 hours a day Monday through Friday and 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. on Saturday and Sunday. After hours Security is located at the Loading Dock Security office. The Loading Dock Security office is staffed with officers 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Security officers monitor the fire and life safety systems throughout the building and conduct regular patrols of the premises.

For life-threatening emergencies call 911. Then notify Security at 206-744-6591 so they can direct emergency responders to the correct location.
Lost and Found
Please report any lost or missing items to Security or the Property Management office. Items found on the premises are kept by Security for one month.
Soliciting and Loitering
Canvassing, soliciting, peddling and loitering are not allowed within the building. If you are approached by a solicitor of any kind, or if you observe an individual engaged in such activities, contact the Property Management office at 206-744-6526 or the Security desk at 206-744-6591 immediately.
Stairwells
The stairwell doors are self-locking. A stairwell access card is required to access select floors via the stairwells. For information regarding access, please have the Tenant representative call the Property Management office.
