Parking
The Ninth & Jefferson Building parking garage is located beneath the building with access from Terry Street. The garage is managed by Harborview Parking Services.
The garage is open 24 hours a day and a parking booth attendant is on site from 6:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. Monday through Friday and 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. on Saturday. Pedestrian access to the garage is available through the building main entry 24 hours a day. Monthly parkers with parking access cards can enter/exit the garage at any time. Designated visitor parking is available on the south side of Levels B, C, and D, and is strictly monitored by garage management. Handicapped parking is located on parking Levels A, B, and C near the elevators. Large height vehicle parking is available on Level A.
Carpool parking is available and reserved for registered carpools with current carpool parking permits. Reserved spaces are assigned by Harborview Medical Center Parking office. To obtain parking access cards, special event parking information or questions regarding parking, contact Harborview Parking Services at 206-744-3254 or by email at hmcpark@u.washington.edu. Office hours are Monday through Friday 7:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. During non-business hours, Harborview Public Safety may be contacted at 206-744-3193 to assist with urgent matters pertaining to the parking garage.

There are three elevators servicing the Ninth & Jefferson Building parking garage. The garage elevators are operational 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
